     Ming Kang  has  worked  in  the information technology industry in
  Taiwan  for  20  years.   During  this  time  he  has  gained  valuable
  experience as a programmer  in  computer software design.  As well
  he is a  qualified  program  analyst and  a system architect involved
  in setting up corporate Internet web systems. In addition, Ming also
  has a wide knowledge  base of various computer systems such as
  IBM, VAX, UNISYS and HP3000.

     In the past two decades he has  been  responsible  for d esigning
  and  implementing  computer  software  systems  for  banks, hotels,
  restaurants   and   finance  and   security   institutions  as  well  as
  tourism and trade related businesses and manufacturing outlets.

     Ming   has   established   an   excellent   reputation   in   providing
  professional   services.   He   is   very   keen   to offer  his personal
